Response to Li-Ying's Surf Club

On the subject of political humor and Rush Limbaugh there was recently a billboard installed in Wyoming, Minnesota that has a picture of former president, George W. Bush with the words "Miss Me Yet?" Rush has confirmed this as truth on his radio show, and it has sparked debate as to whether the message is aimed at conservative or liberal supporters, and whether or not it is meant to make Obama look good or bad.  Either way, it has sure gotten  a lot of publicity over the last few days.
